View of front-door with custom leaded glass from second floor balcony.  Permanent door with be installed shortly. Marble entry "welcome mat" is currently partially covered with paper while wooden stair treads were being installed.
Custom-made leaded glass transoms are now installed above each doorway, which matches the leaded glass transom and sidelights on the front door.
First Floor - Finish details

Kitchen and family room cabinets are cherry with granite slab counter tops. The curved stairway features a cherry handrail with wrought iron balusters. The door and window trim details are of the craftsman style; all windows are fully cased. All interior doors have a leaded glass transom light above them. The entry way, hall, kitchen, nook and laundry area floors are finished in travertine . 

Second Floor - Finish details

Loft area and bedroom #4 have cherry cabinetry. There are paint grade cabinets in the master and #2 bath. There is a beautiful view of Folsom Lake from the landing and the master bedroom and bathroom. There is crown molding used in the master bedroom and chair rail in the other bedrooms.
