Before becoming a Midtown Sacramento resident in 2001, Rich and his family lived in Folsom for ten years where he built 16 custom homes and completed several remodel/addition projects.  Prior to these projects, Rich was employed by Winncrest Homes of Sacramento as a project manager, and managed the construction of 25 homes in a nearby community.

Before moving to the Folsom area in 1990, he and his family lived on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, in Massachusetts, for 8 years. During this time, his building company constructed approximately 40 new homes and was involved in two major historical restorations (one at above, right). Rich has also built in the Lake Tahoe area and in La Quinta, in southern California.
