The first floor of the exterior has redwood clapboard siding used on most homes built in 1910 to 1920. Cedar shingles were used for the walls and gable ends of the second story. Craftsman home details continue on the inside of the house with the use of wood windows, and Craftsman doors and trim package. There are vaulted ceilings with exposed beam trusses in the living room and bedroom. |

Site built truss beams are
over the entire living space. This picture shows the trusses the day that they were raised. The trusses were built on site and then a crane was used to lift them into place.
