Front view of this 1912 'high water' bungalow. This photo was taken before the restoration project was started. Notice how the once 'open porch' has been enclosed and that the original decorative rafter tails were cut off when the aluminum gutters were installed. "THE CARRIAGE HOUSE"

The Carriage House serves a dual purpose; it provides parking and storage space for the 'main' house at 2401 H. Street on the ground floor and it  provides a separate living space on the second floor.

Construction is now complete on this Midtown home which features period detailing through out.
