Here's the fireplace in the great room, complete with the ledgestone that Rich and Shawn installed! Rich built this mantel by hand, and the top of the fireplace is flanked by Craftsman-style sconces. The fireplace looks beautiful with a fire in it! |

Here's the fireplace from across the room. This shot is taken form right inside the entry way. The kitchen is to the right, and there is Rich's onyx bar! The dining area is to the left. We love our stained concrete floors. The leaded glass skylight is overhead. |

Here's the kitchen. We've got more stacking ledgestone around the stove top area. We used some really cool tile called "penny rounds" on the backsplash. They are 3/4" circles that fill the area above the stovetop and the remainder of the backsplash. Up above is the landing. Rich, Rob and Shawn hand built the stairway & railings, which are beautiful! |

Here's the dining room area, and a good view of the new firehouse doors. We are looking forward to opening these doors on the warm days to our "future" patio. Plenty of neighbors have stared at us through these and most other windows! |

Here is the Neal family, who were visiting over Thanksgiving. In the back row are Frank Jr. and Frankie the III, Cindy's dad and brother. In the front row are Mackenzie, Cindy, Carolyn (Cindy's mom), and Kim (Frank's wife). Frank & Kim cooked a great first Thanksgiving dinner in the new kitchen, and it's always great to see Mom-mom & Pop-pop! |
