Rich Baumhofer, owner of Baumhofer Homes, inc. has been building custom homes for 28 years. During the past 16 years, he has dedicated his career to building quality custom homes in Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer counties.

In addition to building many new homes, his project list includes the remodeling of a number of Sacramento’s classic older homes, highlighted by an extensive historical restoration of Sacramento’s only ‘Greene and Greene’ designed home.
